Infant Care
What’s Included
-
In-home infant care to support your healing and adjustment in the early weeks postpartum. Day shifts and overnight care are available. After our initial consultation, we’ll determine a support plan that aligns with your recovery and your family’s goals.
-
I provide hands-on care tailored to your little one’s needs while following your baby’s wake windows to support healthy routines. I can assist with light household tasks and light home organization in common areas to improve flow and make life with a newborn feel more manageable. Beyond practical support, I offer reassurance, help you observe and understand your baby’s cues, and provide space for you to rest and bond.
-
I provide hands-on care for feeding, diapering, and soothing, while keeping a calm, low-stimulation environment to promote better sleep. I can help with gentle sleep cycling and guide parents in understanding active and light sleep cues. I also monitor safe sleep, assist with bedtime routines, and use soothing techniques to help your baby settle back to sleep. My goal is to provide overnight support so both you and your baby wake feeling more rested and settled.
