Postpartum Support Shifts $45/hour + GST
Helping you navigate the 4th trimester with education and care to support your healing.
Day Shift - 4 hour minimum
Chest/breastfeeding support
Light housework (dishes, laundry, baby pump parts, etc.)
Light meal prep, following recipes specfic to postpartum healing
Creating space for you to debrief your birth experience
Baby-wearing education
Infant care & education
Infant Care $35/40 per hour + GST
Day or Night infant care that allows you to heal and reconnect with your body in the weeks following birth.
Day Shift - 4 hour minimum
Care specific to your little one (feeding, changing, bathing, etc)
Light housework (dishes, laundry, baby pump parts, etc.)
Baby-wearing education
Adhering to your baby’s wake windows
Night Shift - 6 hour minimum
Care specific to your little one (feeding, changing, bathing, etc)
Helping settle back to sleep after feeding
Can help with sleep cycling if baby is old enough
Light housework (dishes, laundry, baby pump parts, etc.)
