I bring lactation education into my postpartum care, offering support as you navigate feeding and any challenges that arise. When more specialized care is needed, I provide referrals to excellent lactation consultants who are accessible and aligned with your budget.

I offer hands-on support to help create a more relaxed and restful fourth trimester. By assisting with day-to-day tasks, I help ease the mental and physical load so you can rest, bond with your baby, or care for yourself. Each visit is guided by what will help you feel most supported and renewed.

Care for your mind, body, and soul. I provide space to debrief your birth, offer comforting presence when emotions arise, and support you as you settle into life as a new parent.
